The hotel was reasonably clean with genuinely helpful staff who provided us with free breakfasts. The room was a nice size and well-kept, hopefully. The bed was comfortable and there was free Wi-Fi. The property location was great cental and quiet close to restaurant.

The hotel has marvellous and quiet location right by liquor store. The breakfast was wonderful with assorted breads, meat plus yogurt, and also the staff were all amazingly nice.

My partner and I stayed at Sleep Inn for two nights during a road trip, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Unlike another Sleep Inn we stayed at in Blackwell, OK, this hotel provided a delicious spread with a nice variety of options in a buffet style setting. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and convenient amenities like a large fridge and microwave. The high ceilings in our first-floor room added a nice touch, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The friendly staff and complete list of TV stations were additional highlights that made our stay even better. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we couldn't hear other guests despite the hotel being busy. The staff were extremely accommodating, happily fulfilling our special requests for a crib in the room and a late check out. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was close to restaurants and a nearby facility where we had a ball tournament.

It was a particularly good and excellent location for us, so close to a gas station / convenience store and many attractions in Ames and various restaurants. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The location of the property was favourable and excellent as we were near a good area for a drink at the local bar good pizza at the bowling alley, and restaurants and shopping. Spent a nice evening at Kingpin Pizza, located a short way from the venue😀😃
